By using PyawTat you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. Below that, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Free, with ads

The app is free. When your hearts run out you may watch one ad to carry on. Your choice, and the hearts refill by themselves the next day if you would rather not.

If we ever add something paid, it will be stated plainly on this page.

Your account

Opening the app creates an account from a random id for your phone. No name or number is needed, but that id lives only on that phone, so on its own it cannot survive losing it.

Attaching an email address, or a Google, Apple or LINE account, is what makes your progress reachable from another phone. Keep whatever you signed in with; we have no other way to prove an account is yours.

Lesson content

The text, audio and images in the app are ours. You may use them to learn. Copying, redistributing or selling them is not permitted.

What we do not promise

The lessons are written carefully, but language depends on context. For legal, medical or otherwise serious matters, use a real interpreter. This app is not a substitute for one.

We cannot promise the app will always work. Servers go down and services change.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend service in the event of a breach of these terms.

Changes

If these terms change we will post the new version here with a new date. For anything significant we will say so in the app.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Myanmar.
